Job Overview

We are a specialist MEP consultancy delivering efficient and reliable design solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Our team collaborates with leading architects, builders, and developers to deliver innovative designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed Plumbing and Fire Protection drawings based on design inputs.
  • Develop plans, layouts, schematics, and as-built drawings in AutoCAD.
  • Coordinate with engineers/consultants to ensure design accuracy.
  • Make revisions and updates to drawings based on project requirements.
  • Maintain drawing standards and project documentation.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/related field.
  • 2–5 years' experience as a Draftsman (Plumbing & Fire systems preferred).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage).
  • Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
