Job Title: Senior Human Resources Director

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR leader to drive operational excellence, standardize processes, and manage senior HR leaders across multiple sites and corporate locations.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping the HR operations framework aligned with our long-term goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end HR Operations across the organization
  • Manage and mentor Site HR Heads and Corporate HR teams
  • Implement and govern HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
  • Own the Employee Life Cycle Management, including onboarding, transfers, exits, and documentation
  • Enhance HRIS systems, workflows, and reporting mechanisms
  • Maintain statutory and regulatory compliance across all HR functions
  • Proactively handle employee relations, workplace practices, and policy implementation
  • Define best practices in HR operations to boost efficiency, standardization, and employee experience
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field from top-tier institutions
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations within large organizations
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience managing multi-location HR teams and high-scale operations
  • Deep understanding of HR systems, compliance, labor laws, process design, and execution
  • Able to work at a strategic level while handling complex operational details
