We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, managing our online presence, and driving engagement across various social media platforms.

About the Role:

This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.

  • Develop and implement effective social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive website traffic.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Manage and maintain our social media accounts ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, platforms, and industry best practices, identifying new opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Research and identify key influencers, partners, and communities to foster strategic collaborations and amplify our brand presence.
  • Monitor industry conversations and competitor activities to inform social media strategies and identify areas for differentiation.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience working on medium or large brands.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their strengths, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and growth.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to measure and track performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current trends, tools, and innovations in social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with the industry or a passion for spirits is a plus.
