As a skilled Technical Writer and Content Developer, you will create high-quality content that helps our customers succeed, including comprehensive guides, tutorials, and in-product guidance for cloud services, automation, and network management products.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with excellent collaboration skills who can excel in a fast-paced, highly technical environment. They should have a strong understanding of technology concepts, research skills, and experience with content development tools.

This role requires:

  • Designing, developing, and delivering best-in-class user content.
  • Producing a range of deliverables, including guides, tutorials, illustrations, and video scripts.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand customer needs.
  • Analyzing specifications and recommending documentation approaches.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Leading technical documentation efforts and mentoring junior writers.

Key qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical content.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • BA/BS in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related degree.
  • Strong understanding of technology concepts, such as cloud computing, automation, and networking.
  • Research and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
