Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Vehicle Loan Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the auto finance market, commercial vehicle products, and credit norms.

  • Source new business opportunities through direct sourcing, dealership networks, and market references.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with vehicle dealers to increase loan application sourcing.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to documentation and disbursement, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Ensure first-time right documentation for all loan proposals and submit them in a timely manner.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer customers for additional financial services, such as savings accounts, current accounts, and term deposits.
  • Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with credit and operations teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth loan processing.
  • Maintain 100% compliance with internal processes, credit norms, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 1–6 years in commercial vehicle loan sales, auto loans, tractor finance, or used car loans.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the auto finance market, commercial vehicle products, and credit norms.
