Job Title: Encompass Administrator

We are seeking an experienced administrator to manage and customize the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS).

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth system operations, user support, and compliance alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Encompass LOS, including configuration of user roles, security, and access controls.
  • Manage and maintain input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports.
  • Partner with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality.
System Maintenance & Upgrades:
  • Maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology.
  • Monitor performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations.
Integration Management:
  • Support and manage integrations with third-party systems (loan servicing, document management, core banking).
  • Ensure data integrity and security across platforms.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies.
  • Support audits and system usage reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of Encompass Administrator experience is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations is required.

Familiarity with compliance requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA) is desirable.

ICE Mortgage Technology certifications are highly preferred.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Encompass system, providing user support, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
