Creative Innovation Expert

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of creative strategies for client campaigns. This includes providing art direction for shoots, managing social media grid planning, and developing campaign concepts that align with client business goals. You will also analyze market and digital trends to implement forward-thinking solutions. Additionally, you will present creative pitches and strategies to clients with clarity and confidence, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and with excellence, and mentor junior designers/creatives in maintaining quality standards.

This role requires a strong portfolio of campaigns, shoots, and social media work, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and related tools. A solid understanding of social media trends, digital storytelling, and audience engagement is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing discussions are required, as well as strong leadership and project management abilities.
