Brand Communications Specialist

This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand communication strategies across all channels. Key responsibilities include managing external branding efforts, advertising agency partnerships, internal communication initiatives, campaign performance analysis, and overseeing corporate identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a thorough brand strategy to drive business outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies and media partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute internal communications plans to engage employees and enhance company culture.
  • Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as ROI, engagement, and brand health.

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of experience in Marcom and integrated marketing execution.
  • Mastery of both external brand building and internal communication initiatives.
  • Ability to understand market needs and set strategic direction for impactful communication.
