Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out creative duties on multiple brands from different industries, spanning campaign planning, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team to develop creative ideas for pitches and showcases.
  • Present comprehensive creative plans for campaigns or narration of scripts to clients across various brands.
  • Ensure creative work meets award-winning standards and submit entries for recognition.
  • Report to the Creative Lead for overall direction, feedback, and references on campaigns and tasks.
  • Coordinate daily with the Integrated Solutions Team (account planning + client servicing) on tasks ranging from social media posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team on concepts and ideas.
  • Break down briefs for junior creatives to facilitate a smooth and efficient process.
  • Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback, setting realistic timelines that balance ideation and client goals.
  • Present throughout the production process from idea to final product upload for events, shoots, posts, or other creative articulations.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brands, competition, target audiences, and brand needs to ensure awareness and alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to develop and propose innovative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage junior creative resources and provide guidance.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of target audience and capacity to create engaging content.
