Senior Creative Director - UI/UX

This is an exciting opportunity to join our marketing team as a Senior Creative Director, responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that drive real results.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic thinker who can lead our design and marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging ad creatives, building funnels in Webflow, and managing client visual identity projects.

  • Create highly engaging video and static ad creatives that capture our target audience's attention
  • Build funnels in Webflow for our clients and optimize them for maximum conversions
  • Manage client visual identity projects for off-plan properties, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  • Compose nurture email sequences in Brevo (or similar) and track analytics to measure effectiveness
  • Manage and strategize organic growth across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Behance
  • Learn copywriting, research, and write long- and short-form content that resonates with our audience
  • Edit high-quality, engaging long- and short-form videos that showcase our brand's personality
  • Create and launch e-books and other lead magnet resources for our clients, driving engagement and conversion
  • Coordinate with SEO partners, track search console, and optimize landing pages for maximum traffic using AI-SEO tools
  • Set up pixels, heat maps, and run data-driven CRO experiments using Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar
  • Document every effort in our in-house Marketing Dashboard to ensure accountability and measurability

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in UI/UX design, video editing, and graphic design, with proficiency in Webflow, Adobe CC, Figma, and other design tools. They should also have a strong understanding of marketing principles, including CRO, hooks, and copywriting.
