Leasing Portfolio Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to maximise rental income and occupancy rates of assigned properties.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the team, focusing on securing new tenancies, identifying market opportunities and prospects.
  • Conduct thorough market research of competitors and industry benchmarks for rentals and occupancy costs.
  • Responsible for preparing and reviewing annual rental budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on market supply, demand, pricing, competition and market positioning for the portfolio.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management or Business Marketing.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in marketing and leasing, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Detailed understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of professional contacts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
