Many deals fail to meet their financial or strategic objectives as companies are often unprepared for the speed and intensity of the deal process. Businesses must adapt to unique challenges and redefine their approach to value optimisation in deals.

  • Department - Deal Value Creation
  • Reporting Manager - Partner/ Director
  • Experience - At least 2 years of relevant experience into Operational due diligence and transformation
  • Qualification - CA/MBA

Core responsibilities:

Client Engagement Delivery:

  • Manage and deliver Post Merger Integration/ Carve- out/ Operational assessment projects.
  • Interact with leadership/CXOs at clients during project delivery
  • Manage multiple stakeholders in client teams at all levels as well as within the organisation.
  • Drive business development and practice management initiatives
  • Work seamlessly with global teams (at client end as well as the organisation)
  • Develop complex models in excel and executive level presentations

Key Skills:

  • Business Development/Upsell:
  • Support partner/director for building the practice in the north region.
  • Experience in planning & implementation of integration/separations of front office and back office functions.
  • Deliver project management engagements - strong PMO skills and high-pressure deals environment.
  • Understand complex deal situations and its implications on the client's/target's business model.
  • Decent knowledge about operations and processes across different functions in an organisation
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills and Power BI

  • Build collaborative working relationships at all levels, establishing credibility both internally and externally.
  • Self-starter with strong ability to drive decision making and stakeholder management.
