Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Closing Professional to drive high-value transactions in the luxury real estate market.

The ideal candidate will have expertise guiding high-net-worth clients through the closing process, ensuring a seamless and sophisticated experience that reflects our brand's prestige.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing Process Coordination: Oversee the entire transaction process from contract to closing date, ensuring all timelines are adhered to and necessary documents are prepared and reviewed.
  • Transaction Compliance: Ensure all legal documents and contracts are accurate, complete, and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Financial Transaction Management: Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure financial transactions, including earnest money deposits and final payments, are processed smoothly.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout the transaction.
  • Document Management: Maintain organized and secure files of all transaction documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify potential issues that may arise during the closing process and proactively work to resolve them promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and cooperation throughout the transaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of all closing documents to verify accuracy and completeness before finalizing transactions.
  • Post-Transaction Activities: Coordinate post-closing tasks such as document recordings, disbursements, and client follow-ups to ensure a smooth transition and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, real estate); MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate, with proven closing success.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics tools.
  • Client-centric mindset, strategic thinker, proactive problem-solver.
  • Deep understanding of luxury real estate dynamics and high-net-worth client expectations.
