  • Contribute to workforce and succession planning strategies to drive business success.
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals, supporting professional development and growth.

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach, using data to inform decision-making.
  • Experience leveraging HR metrics to drive business outcomes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor legislation and compliance, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
  • A deep understanding of all HR functions, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
