The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to management, providing daily HR guidance while analyzing HR trends and metrics to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with line management to provide expert HR advice and support.
- Analyze HR data to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions.
- Address complex employee relations issues and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen work relationships, improve morale, and enhance productivity and retention.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Contribute to workforce and succession planning strategies to drive business success.
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals, supporting professional development and growth.
Requirements include:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach, using data to inform decision-making.
- Experience leveraging HR metrics to drive business outcomes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor legislation and compliance, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
- A deep understanding of all HR functions, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
