Financial Planning and Analytics Lead

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analytics (FP&A) professional to lead end-to-end activities across planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with senior business leaders and finance stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that support sustainable business growth.
  • Develop and implement industry best practices for efficiency, accuracy, and control across all FP&A processes.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team with a strong focus on capability development and employee engagement.

To be eligible, you require:

  • A minimum of 12 years' post-qualification experience in Financial Planning & Analytics with an MBA, CA, CFA, or ACCA qualification.
  • Ability to align financial insights with business strategy and influence decision-making at senior levels.
  • Proven experience in managing and motivating cross-functional finance teams across geographies.
  • High proficiency in data interpretation, scenario analysis, and driving actionable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to partner with senior business and finance leaders.
