Accountant Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage the month-end close process, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, reconcile payment gateway receipts, and audit vendor invoices for errors and compliance.
  • Process and validate vendor invoices for timely payments, maintain vendor payment schedules and accurate records.
  • Issue and manage customer sales invoices, monitor receivables and maintain aging reports to ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain adherence to financial regulations and company policies, organize accurate financial records.
  • Support daily financial operations essential for business continuity, assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • CPA qualification or at least two CPA subjects cleared.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Learning attitude with a proactive approach to challenges.
