Direct Sales Operations Lead

This role plays a vital part in the success of our sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination between dealers, vendors, and the city sales team.

  • Coordinate daily with dealers, vendors, and the city sales team to ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Manage subscriptions for key publications, including timely order processing in our CRM system.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee procurement and distribution of promotional materials and other related items.
  • Monitor and enhance backend team productivity, salary processing, and invoice management.
  • Implement sales initiatives as per guidelines and maintain accurate MIS tracking and reports.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in direct sales processes operations.
  • Experience in sales operations, coordination, or backend support roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in SAP and Salesforce.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
