Process Safety Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Process Safety Specialist to join our team.

  • Competent in FPSO offshore production facilities, high pressure gas processing systems and oil/water/gas separation facilities.
  • Experienced in process safety on floating production systems, LPG and LNG Storage and Treatment, BOP.
  • Deliverables for Conceptual, FEED and EPC projects including Process Safety Management.

We are looking for someone who can prepare Hazardous Area Classification Schedules and Drawings. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing Production systems such as crude oil, produced water treatment, water injection, condensate treatment.

The selected individual will also design Utility systems such as Potable water, sea water, closed cooling water, compressed air, instrument air, nitrogen, flare and vent, closed drain, chemical injection, fuel gas treatment.

Prior review and guidance of discipline engineering and design deliverables including P&ID, datasheets is essential.

Sizing of flare networks using standard tools like Hysys, FlareNet etc.
