Job Title: Health Safety Environment Engineer

Our organization is seeking a proactive and experienced HSE professional to support the safe execution of EPC projects in the oil & gas industry. This role will involve developing and implementing HSE plans, welfare plans, emergency response procedures/plans, and site-specific HSE procedures/work instructions.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Lead a team of HSE professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct training/awareness sessions on relevant HSE procedures applicable to the project scope, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Investigate incidents, identify immediate and root causes, and provide actionable recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation, and/or commissioning projects/operations in the oil and gas petrochemical industries.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline.
  • NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certificate.
  • Lead Auditor ISO 45001/ISO 14001 or equivalent certifications.
  • Incident Investigation Techniques certificate.
