Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development plans to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across international markets.
  • Built and nurture strong relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, email campaigns, and lead generation tools.
  • Maintain an active LinkedIn presence to attract prospects and showcase expertise in process automation.
  • Manage CRM systems effectively to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and client communications.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align client needs with automation solutions.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional campaigns to support business objectives.
  • Contribute to business and marketing documentation, proposals, and presentations.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of business development experience, preferably in IT.
  • Experience working with international clients (US/UAE preferred).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM management (Go High Level or similar).
  • Hands-on experience in email campaigning.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and lead generation platforms.
  • Ability to create persuasive proposals and deliver effective client presentations.
