The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising strategy, ensuring alignment with our growth goals and execution of key priorities. This includes owning annual fundraising targets, setting operational KPIs, and providing timely and transparent reporting on progress and impact.
The role requires a strategic executor who can navigate complex donor conversations, build trust-based relationships, and drive the full donor lifecycle from prospecting and proposal development to grant reporting and relationship management.
The ideal candidate will be a compelling storyteller and sharp writer, able to translate complexity into clarity across proposals, pitches, and reports. They will also have a strong grasp of India's social impact ecosystem and be able to intuit what funders value.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 12–15 years of experience across fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing space
- Proven track record of leading multi-crore partnerships, raising ₹12Cr+ from CSR heads, foundations, or HNIs
- Compelling storyteller and sharp writer, able to translate complexity into clarity
- Strong grasp of India's social impact ecosystem and ability to intuit what funders value
