Director of Cybersecurity Operations

We are seeking a Director of Security Operations to lead our cybersecurity services and products line. The ideal candidate will oversee 24x7 security operations, ensure timely detection and response to cybersecurity threats, and define KPIs, SLAs, and playbooks for incident management and escalation.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years leading SOC, red team, or threat intel functions. They must have a strong understanding of attacker tactics, SIEM rule logic, incident response frameworks, and detection engineering.

Expertise in modern security tools such as Splunk, QRadar, Crowd Strike, Palo Alto, Sentinel One, and Trellix is essential. Proven experience with red teaming methodologies and hands-on VAPT experience is required.

  • Cybersecurity expertise with at least 10 years of experience
