Job Title: Cybersecurity Director

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Director to lead our Identity and Access Management efforts.

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in Identity and Access Management is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of IDAM technologies, including IGA, RBAC, PAM, SSO, IDP, and directory services.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks and concepts, such as defence-in-depth techniques, threat vectors, and common exploits, is essential.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance frameworks, like CIS Controls, NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOC2 Type 2, is a must.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage a team of experts. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are also crucial for driving growth and success in the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Safeguard sensitive company data and systems by managing user identities, access permissions, and security protocols.
  • Design, implement, and operate IDAM and PAM solutions within enterprise environments.
  • Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organizational assets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management
  • Extensive knowledge of IDAM technologies
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks and concepts
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance frameworks

  • Leadership experience in managing teams of experts
