Leadership Opportunity in Sales and Operations

  • Commercial Leadership
    • Develop and implement strategic plans for student recruitment.
    • Explore new markets and business opportunities.
    • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
    • Drive, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee daily operations, including data management, counseling, application processing, and admission confirmation.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
    • Track and report student recruitment numbers and operational performance metrics.
  • Strategic Planning & Growth
    • Collaborate with leadership to set business objectives and expansion strategies.
    • Create annual sales forecasts and performance reviews.
  • Team Development
    • Lead, train, and mentor sales, counseling, and operations teams.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, student-first service, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

7+ years of experience in sales and operations leadership roles.

Strong understanding of international admission, counseling, and visa procedures.
