Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Memory Design Engineer to join our team.
- Design and Develop Memory Solutions
- Lead Circuit Design, Simulation, and Verification
- Collaborate with Engineers for Automation and Verification Workflows
- Drive Innovation in Memory Design
About the Role:
This role is responsible for designing and developing high-performance silicon chips and supporting software content. The successful candidate will have expertise in CMOS memory design, circuit simulation, and layout verification/debugging.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop advanced memory designs with high speed, low power, and high-density features
- Perform schematic entry, circuit simulation, layout planning, and layout supervision
- Interface with CAD and Frontend engineers for automation and verification workflows
- Drive physical layout design and verification
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
- Proficiency in CMOS memory design, circuit simulation, and layout verification/debugging
- Familiarity with analog circuit elements such as charge pumps and current mirrors
- Programming capability in C-Shell or Perl
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
