Memory Layout Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Memory Layout Design Engineer to design and develop memory layouts for custom memory blocks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in memory layout design and development, with expertise in floor planning, power planning, and block area estimation.

  • Design and develop memory layouts for custom memory blocks
  • Perform layout verification using LVS, DRC, and latchup analysis
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality layouts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in memory layout design and development
  • Expertise in floor planning, power planning, and block area estimation

Preferred Skills:

  • Coding skills in languages such as Python or C++
  • Knowledge of layout automation tools
