High-Speed Memory Design Engineer

Job Description:

  • Develop high-performance CMOS embedded non-volatile memory designs such as MRAM and RRAM.
  • Design architectures and implement circuits with a focus on speed, power, and density.
  • Perform schematic entry, circuit simulation, layout planning, layout supervision, design verification, and validation.
  • Interface with CAD and frontend engineers for memory compiler automation, EDA model generation, and full verification flow.
  • Drive physical layout design and verification while ensuring the highest quality in circuit and physical design.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in CMOS memory design, circuit simulation, memory layout design, layout parasitic extraction, and layout verification/debugging.
  • Familiarity with analog circuit elements (preferred).
  • Programming capability in C-Shell or Perl.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience in preparing documents, reports, and presentations across various tasks.
