Job Title: Learning and Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the development of comprehensive training initiatives across all our outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement structured training programs for food, beverages, and liquor service staff.
  • Standardize operational training across all outlets to maintain brand consistency.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for managers, chefs, bartenders, and service staff.
  • Evaluate performance and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to identify training needs and areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in F&B training (restaurant, lounge, bar, or hospitality industry).
  • In-depth knowledge of food, cocktails, wines, and liquor service standards.
  • Expertise in creating training modules, SOPs, and skill assessments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel across outlets for training sessions.
