Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized Learning and Development (LnD) professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning and driving the execution of flagship learning initiatives and other training programs.
Key Responsibilities- Program Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program structure, curriculum, and schedules.
- Training Execution & Logistics: Oversee the end-to-end execution of the training program, ensuring all sessions, assignments, and assessments are conducted as planned.
- Skill Development: Drive structured planning and execution, manage learning platforms, and track participation and key program metrics.
- 2+ years in Learning & Development and associated program management
- Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
- Problem-Solving ability to anticipate and address challenges effectively
- Proficient in MS Office and program management tools
