M/s. Diverse seeks a Senior Human Resources Director to lead our HR strategy and drive business growth.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective people policies, ensuring compliance with current regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to the HR team, driving the development of talent and improving workforce administration.
- Create and implement employment policies that align with company values and business strategy.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Develop and manage HR budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Build relationships across departments to promote collaboration and improve employee engagement.
- Drive the continuous improvement agenda, focusing on productivity and employee welfare.
- Transform and strengthen organisational culture, ensuring alignment with company values.
- Implement a plan for diversity, equality, and inclusion, promoting a positive work environment.
- Regularly coach and mentor senior colleagues to develop leadership skills and encourage retention.
- Lead the development of effective HR systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading HR departments and teams, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and best practices.
- Vast working knowledge of all HR departmental areas, including reward and recognition, learning and development, and HR systems.
- Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review HR data and inform decision-making.
- Experience in determining, measuring, and analysing relevant KPIs for incentive schemes.
- Competency in using HR software packages.
Salary: ₹ 25-30 Lacs per annum
