Payroll Specialist

As a key contributor to our organization's success, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring seamless integration with SAP systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in SAP Payroll (PY) configuration and support, including schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll results.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, including payroll run, simulation, posting to finance, and year-end activities.
  • Ability to integrate payroll with SAP FI, Time Management, and third-party tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle off-cycle payroll, retroactive accounting, and payroll data uploads.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with Time Management and PA/OM teams.
  • Strong analytical and testing skills, with the ability to perform testing, validation, and payroll reconciliation across systems.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining documentation: functional specs, test cases, SOPs, payroll calendars.
