We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, maintaining payroll records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees, including handling deductions, benefits, garnishments, bonuses, and other compensation-related components.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and employee data in HRIS/payroll systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies related to payroll and employee data.
- Coordinate with HR for employee onboarding/offboarding, promotions, and other payroll-impacting changes.
- Prepare payroll reports for internal use and external audits, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in an industry similar to ours.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems, including ADP, SAP, and Workday.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and payroll compliance regulations in India.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve errors.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
