Senior Manager

We are currently seeking a seasoned expert to lead our compensation and benefits management efforts. As a key member of our HR team in Hosur, this role will focus on ensuring that our pay and benefits programs are competitive, compliant with laws, and well-maintained.
You will work closely with payroll and HR teams but this role is specifically for someone experienced in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits, not general HR or payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze compensation and benefits data to inform strategic decisions.
- Evaluate compliance with labor laws related to statutory payouts and contributions (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.).
- Collaborate with the design and implementation of compensation policies.
- Work with payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely statutory records and reporting.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles.
- Candidates from Tier 1 and 2 Institutes are preferred.
- Experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a 6-day work week schedule.
