Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Platform Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable infrastructure solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our services and applications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the architecture and design of platform services to support application development and deployment, implementing automation tools and processes to enhance operational efficiencies, and monitoring system performance, making recommendations for improvements, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • - Develop and maintain robust platform environments
  • - Collaborate with product management, DevOps, and security teams to create integrated solutions
  • - Ensure security best practices are integrated into the development and deployment processes
  • - Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance platform capabilities
  • - Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to align on technology roadmap and progress
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience as a Platform Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of platform architecture and design principles. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go is also essential.

In addition, you should have experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) and monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Dynatrace) is required.
