Senior Network Engineer

The role of a Senior Network Engineer involves designing and implementing complex network infrastructure for customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement high-performance network architectures to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all network implementations to facilitate future support and upgrades.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define strategies and develop project roadmaps that drive business outcomes.
  • Manage and oversee deliverables for large-scale network projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Investigate complex incidents, applying advanced analysis techniques to identify root causes and recommend effective resolutions.
  • Offer fourth-level technical support for critical operational issues.
  • Develop process guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across the engineering team.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Two or more industry-recognized certifications related to networking technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of WAN, LAN, and WLAN architectures, particularly with Juniper JNCIP or JNCIE levels.
  • Experience with Aruba Central, Aruba switches, and Aruba WLAN is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency with Mist dashboard and WLAN tools is also advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Cisco CCNP or CCIE levels on WAN & LAN can be useful.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
