Infrastructure Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Architect.

The successful candidate will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure, as well as managing self-hosted and on-premises assets.

This pivotal role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and reliable.

Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and productivity of our organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Design, Deploy, and Manage Cloud Infrastructure
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of backup, high-availability, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Develop and monitor automation scripts and tools for provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud and on-premises resources.
  • Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and implement improvements to ensure optimal resource utilization and cost efficiency.
  • Implement security best practices and compliance standards to safeguard cloud environments.
  • Administer company platforms to enhance user productivity, focusing on tools like Okta and AWS Workspaces.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and support application deployments.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud services, features, and best practices, and evaluate their applicability to our infrastructure.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in cloud environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
