Customer Success Platform Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Platform Administrator to join our team at Acronis. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and administering the Gainsight platform, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and deploy Gainsight workflows, reports, dashboards, and system integrations to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and configure the Gainsight platform accordingly
- Design and implement scalable processes and solutions on the Gainsight platform to support business goals
- Manage day-to-day support of Gainsight users, including fielding questions, customizations, and workflow adjustments
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience working in customer/partner success or equivalent understanding of key principles
- Demonstrated project management, business analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and prioritization
- Gainsight administration experience or Associate Administrator Certification
- CRM administration experience or certification
- Partner/Customer-facing experience, especially as a Partner/Customer Success Manager
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
