**Job Title:** Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and business growth through proactive engagement with government clients across central and state departments.

- Lead comprehensive tendering processes, ensuring timely submission and effective post-submission follow-ups.

- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to government stakeholders, showcasing expertise in IT hardware/software sales, call center operations, and meter reading services.

- Oversee operations related to customer service, including call centers, meter reading services, and IT service delivery, ensuring strict adherence to government procurement policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless project execution and alignment with client expectations, requiring strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven track record in government sales and client relationship management, with a deep understanding of government tendering processes and procurement norms.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently across Pan India.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a willingness to travel extensively across India for client meetings, project execution, and business expansion.
