Job Title: Identity and Access Management Specialist

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization's Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. This includes configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Okta Identity Cloud platform for lifecycle management, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and directory integrations.

Key responsibilities include implementing and managing identity lifecycle processes, such as provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews. The ideal candidate will also integrate new applications into Okta using SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.

Additionally, the IAM Specialist will monitor and manage Okta workflows, policies, and logs to ensure compliance and efficiency. Troubleshooting authentication, authorization, and user provisioning issues across various integrated systems is also a crucial aspect of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience administering Okta Identity Cloud.
  • Proficiency with SAML, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with Okta Workflows, API integrations, and automation.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
