Multi-Factor Authentication Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) specialist to drive the migration project from legacy systems to modern MFA solutions.

As a seasoned expert in identity and access management, you will oversee the migration process, ensuring minimal disruption to services and user experience. Your technical expertise in MFA technologies, including Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator, will be instrumental in integrating and troubleshooting these solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the migration project from legacy MFA systems to modern solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and support for integration and troubleshooting of MFA solutions
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to design robust MFA solutions that meet security needs while complying with industry regulations
  • Develop and enforce MFA policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on MFA processes and tools
  • Implement monitoring solutions to track MFA usage, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management
  • Conduct risk assessments related to identity and access management, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing remediation strategies

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on MFA solutions
  3. Proven experience in working with financial institutions, understanding regulatory compliance, and security requirements
  4. Hands-on experience with Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator, with a demonstrated track record of successful migrations
  5. Strong knowledge of identity protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and enterprise security frameworks
  6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  7. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable
