We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Operations Specialist to play a key role in our organization's technology landscape.

This is a long-term contract position that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining cutting-edge identity solutions, ensuring seamless integration with various systems and applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint identity secure cloud, and related technologies
  • Strong understanding of authentication and authorization concepts
  • Database management and data structure knowledge
  • Energetic team player who works well across boundaries and adapts to change

Requirements:

  • Good experience with modern Identity and Access Management products, preferably SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC, MS Entra ID, CyberArk
  • Experience in building IAM solutions in complex landscapes involving multiple applications and integrations
  • Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control systems, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, and Identity lifecycle management
  • Experience with modern authentication methodologies like SAML-based Federation, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, etc.
  • Contribution to SOC/Sox internal and external audits
  • Experience working with Agile teams
