Identity Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Governance Specialist to join our team. As an Identity Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing identity governance solutions to ensure secure and efficient identity management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement identity governance solutions, including Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection.
  • Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Integrate identity governance with enterprise systems and third-party applications for automated Provisioning & Lifecycle Management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access-related issues.
  • Implement and manage on-prem Active Directory.
  • Automate user lifecycle process for Staff & Contractors.
  • Deploy identity governance solution on-prem agent to integrate with on-prem application.
  • Develop and maintain identity lifecycle management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory) and on-prem Active Directory implementation and management.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and security principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO.
  • Hands-on experience with identity provisioning process.
  • Knowledge of protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
