Job Opportunity: Operations Support Specialist

This position involves providing operational support to the team by reading and understanding process documents, analyzing insurance requests, and navigating client applications.

  • The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and 6-12 months of experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with basic insurance concepts is required, as well as strong typing skills and a minimum typing speed of 21 WPM.
  • The role also requires flexibility, particularly with regards to working night shifts and overtime as needed.

Preferred qualifications include strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively with clients.

In terms of schedule, the ideal candidate will be available to work Monday through Friday, with shift timings from 6 PM to 4 AM IST. While the current schedule is set, it may be subject to change based on client requirements.
