Job Opportunity:

Seeking a skilled professional to lead our data stewardship initiatives.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:
  1. Develop an integrated data & AI strategy for marketing and consumer engagement.
  2. Align with business priorities and guide leaders on opportunities for data-enabled process improvement.
  3. Design templates and frameworks for capturing complex data design and business process metadata.
  4. Build a backlog of data improvements and quick wins for governance councils.
Data Governance, Quality & Metadata Management:
  1. Map critical data elements against marketing processes.
  2. Collaborate on logical data models supporting marketing and enterprise-wide capabilities.
  3. Embed data governance and stewardship into marketing processes.
  4. Ensure metadata is captured, curated, and maintained (F.A.I.R. - Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable).
Enablement of AI/Analytics:
  1. Analyze, document, and orchestrate fit-for-purpose data for marketing innovation.
  2. Work with data architects, engineers, scientists, and AI teams to prepare data for analytics.
  3. Collaborate with analytics teams to improve and publish KPI metrics on adoption.
Cross-functional Collaboration and Regional Enablement:
  1. Orchestrate support for data issues across markets.
  2. Manage relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
  3. Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
  1. Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices.
  2. Adapt stewardship processes to evolving needs.
  3. Support change management, training, and data literacy efforts.
Leadership and People Management:

Guide and manage regional data stewards to coordinate data stewardship at regional and market levels.
