We are seeking a pioneering AI Architect to join our team and help us transform the recruitment industry through cutting-edge technology.

This is an exceptional opportunity to play a foundational role in developing our proprietary AI-powered platform for delivering elite talent with unprecedented speed and intelligence.

You will design the master blueprint for interconnected AI systems, build the core intelligence that powers our competitive advantage – the Data Flywheel, and make foundational design decisions.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience designing and deploying complex machine learning systems from scratch, be proficient in LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases like Pinecone and Weaviate, and comfortable writing code for cloud platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for building sophisticated AI engines that redefine an entire industry. You will also need to be able to zoom out and see the big picture, then zoom in to solve complex technical challenges.

This position offers full ownership and the ability to translate architectural decisions into tangible business success.
