The role of a Cloud Solutions Architect involves serving as the key technical liaison for our customers, guiding them through their journey of adopting and scaling with cloud native platforms.

You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure seamless integration and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding process for customers using Managed OpenStack and Kubernetes.
  • Work with customers to comprehend their infrastructure requirements and create optimized cloud-native solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on OpenStack, Kubernetes, and related cloud technologies.
  • Offer strategic counsel on OpenStack and Kubernetes architecture, encompassing network design, storage solutions, and compute resource management.
  • Educate customers on best practices for managing and maintaining OpenStack and Kubernetes infrastructure, including upgrades, monitoring, scaling, and operational efficiency.
  • Implement automation solutions to streamline deployments using Go, Python, Bash, and CI/CD best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising during customer onboarding and ongoing usage.
