
IT Project Governance Specialist

The role is responsible for designing and implementing IT project governance frameworks that align with NBFC regulatory standards.
The successful candidate will be able to collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate the effectiveness, risks, and performance of digital transformation initiatives.
This includes driving cross-functional IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, tracking key performance indicators, and monitoring costs.
- Evaluate IT project effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement change management best practices
- Oversee multiple IT projects, tracking progress and achieving milestones
- Ensure project compliance with RBI and NBFC-specific regulations
- Optimize resource allocation and manage IT budgets
- Develop data-driven insights and MIS reports for senior leadership
- Expertise in IT project planning, execution, monitoring, controls, and governance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to collect and analyze data
- Budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, and cost-benefit analysis experience for IT projects
- Familiarity with CBS/CFSS, ERP (SAP, Dynamics 365), Loan Origination Systems (LOS), CRM platforms, APIs, Middleware, Finance ERP, Customer Apps, UI/UX, Digital Lending, Payment Systems, and IT infrastructure/application architecture
- Risk and dependency assessment with effective mitigation planning
- Project management experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
