The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering projects from inception to completion and further own the entire project life cycle, ensuring the predefined objectives, budget, revenues and timelines at met. Your Responsibilities/Skills

  • Lead 1-2 projects from BFSI domain to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders like IT, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Business, Operations and external stakeholders like Banks, Government agencies. Institutions, Corporates etc.

  • Monitor project progress against the timelines, budget, and quality standards and communicate project delays, risks and statuses to senior management and other stakeholders

  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to define clear project objectives

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, business requirement documents, specifications and reports

  • Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring effective communication, contract negotiations, and service level agreements

  • Collaborate with vendors to implement and integrate technology solutions, addressing any operational challenges

  • Collaborate with developers and QA testers throughout the project lifecycle in the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by reviewing test scenarios and validating those solutions meet the original business requirements

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related assignments

  • To identify strategies for maximising the company's potential to live up to the role envisaged for it as the 4th pillar of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code 2016

  • Perform any other work which may be assigned by the management

Your Background

  • Master Degree in Business Administration/ Management Studies / Finance.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology / Engineering / Business / Finance or a related field

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desirable

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders

  • Knowledge and working experience in the financial sector.

  • Age less than 45 years.

Your Requirement

  • Work experience for 12+ years preferrable. However, profile with lesser experience demonstrating above skills can be considered.

  • Must have worked in Financial Institutions / Government organisations / Large Corporates / Tech Companies.

  • Ideal candidate should have experience in working with difference domains / departments to get more holistic approach towards working in strategy vertical with us.

  • Exposure to the ISMS environment preferred.
