Job Title: Project Lead

Project Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading project teams in delivering an innovative solution for our clients.

  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Identify and develop trusted relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities and resources, including chairing project management team meetings.
  • Provide regular status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of client-facing IT project management experience.
  • Fluent English language knowledge (Hungarian is not required).
  • Excellent leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to proactively manage external and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management discipline in agile environments.
