Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Professional to join our managed Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing privileged access management solutions from BeyondTrust to secure critical systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, engineer, and manage PAM solutions from BeyondTrust to secure critical systems and infrastructure.
  • Configure and maintain vaults for sensitive accounts, password rotation policies, and access workflows.
  • Troubleshoot PAM issues including credential vault failures, session recording errors, and access request failures.
  • Integrate PAM solutions with other enterprise systems, such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and ticketing systems.
  • Manage Azure privileged access using Entra PIM and Conditional Access.
  • Utilize scripting languages like PowerShell or Python to automate routine tasks and reporting.
  • Conduct periodic audits, access reviews, and compliance reporting.
  • Administer Active Directory, LDAP, and Entra ID environments.
  • Enforce multi-factor authentication, adaptive access policies, and role-based access control across hybrid environments.
  • Monitor authentication logs, failed login attempts, and security threats.
  • Ensure compliance with IAM security policies and regulatory standards.
  • Investigate IAM-related security incidents and unauthorized access attempts.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in PAM, IAM, and authentication technologies.
  • Strong expertise in BeyondTrust, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and Azure PIM.
  • Working knowledge of cloud IAM services (Azure, AWS) and authentication protocols, as well as experience with scripting languages for task automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Professional certifications preferred (e.g., BeyondTrust Certified, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, structured and independent working style.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
